You will need to register with your Loan ID Number and your SSN. You will also need a valid email address.

If you receive a monthly billing statement, please review the Transaction Activity section to see if any fees or charges have been imposed.
Any fees that were incurred can also be found under the payment history tab under your online account at newrez.myloancare.com.
If you are unhappy with a fee, please contact the NewRez Loan customer service team.
